    It can be used both ways but tends to be more of a sarcastic thing these days.

    I'm a little uncomfortable at all the hugs I've inherited from random strangers... I'm not a touchy-feely-huggy person.
    And, all my WOOs have been reset to zero! I was proud of some of those WOOs.

    Excellent point...it's in the awesome place, and then "hug" is the new woo...it can be positive or mocking!
