    Goal weight for challenge: I would like to lose between 13 - 15 lbs overall for this entire challenge, which would bring my weight to 149.8 - 151.8 lbs.

    *Changing my original goal before weigh ins really start due to the realization that my prior goal was unrealistic. It is unrealistic because I have lost 41.2 lbs already and am getting closer to my ideal weight. I will not lose as fast as I have been unless I choose to lose it in an unhealthy way. That is simply not a choice for me.*
