    I am quite late in joining this challenge but I hope it's okay if I log my steps from today. In last few months I fell off the wagon pretty bad. I gained almost 15 kg (33 lbs). It is quite depressing. Now I am trying really hard to loose it. All together I am 84 lbs overweight. I lost 44 lbs before with the help of step challenge and hoping to do it again.

    The accountability and support from the MFP friends really helped a lot last time.

    how do you sync your fit bit to this program. I remember seeing it but it is gone. and count me in for step challenge.

    I don't have a habit of carrying my phone around so certainly steps are missing. Will have to make do with Google Fit until I buy a new fitness tracker.

    Go to the apps and devices in the main menu of mfp. There you can add your Fitbit.
