    Alcohol had been mine in the past. Drinking my calories away is a bad habit and that's one thing I really wanna work on in the next up coming months.

    I struggled with that before so I know what you mean. I don’t drink as much as I used to and I have seen the difference.

    Keeping motivated. I’ve been here done this multiple times but this year has been hard and I’ve kinda given up. But I’m doing great so far this year!!

    Trying not to eat left overs on my childrens dinner plate. I hate seeing food wasted, even though we save what we can. Those calories do add up.

    Being well enough, to cook/batch cook! I eat/drink as though, I am at a storm shelter: soup cans/cups instant coffee & trail mix!

    Workout clothes are important but I agree, they are expensive.
