Alcohol had been mine in the past. Drinking my calories away is a bad habit and that's one thing I really wanna work on in the next up coming months.1

Trying not to eat left overs on my childrens dinner plate. I hate seeing food wasted, even though we save what we can. Those calories do add up.1

Being well enough, to cook/batch cook! I eat/drink as though, I am at a storm shelter: soup cans/cups instant coffee & trail mix!1
