I'm definitely the odd one out here, but I listen to a lot of 90s alt rock or grunge in the gym. Nirvana, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, NIN, Tool etc. Most people would not have a good workout to that stuff but I do!5

I like running to Five Finger Death Punch, Shinedown, Priestess, etc - anything that has a hard beat that I can match my pace to. Lifting I can really handle just about anything!5
