Most Imagine Dragons songs pump me up. Unless I’m working out some punishment then The Neighborhoods, Afraid is my track.

Some days it’s Tupac, others it’s Slipknot. I guess it depends on my mood.

My chemical romance and avenged secenfold is great to work out to. I listen to all types of rock. Don’t stop me now is the song that can always get 3 more minutes out of me!

I always use the Rock My Run app. The way it blends the music between songs keeps you going. Good for long runs or hittin it hard in the gym. All kinds of music. Different day, different mood!

I've been getting into EDM, TheFatRat especially. I used to think that music mostly sounded like an uneven load in the washing machine, but it's been getting me pumped!

Pantera, Metallica (nothing after the Black album); Bathory or Amon Amarth (little cheesy) for deads and rows for that "authentic" Viking experience. The new GWAR album has been more fun than expected.

    So...metal all the time.
