How do I get this look. I'm 4 foot 11 and 110 pounds. How do I go from the picture of me to the women in the other picture. I have loose skin I know but I'm hoping it will tighten up to some degree. ![wtlglows80nu.png](https://us.v-cdn.net/5021879/uploads/editor/6s/wtlglows80nu.png)

This. Huge emphasis on the patience part.4 -
I agree that it appears as though you still have more fat to lose. As for the loose skin, people have said they have found it still shrinking for up to two years.1

All of the above and it's also my impression that those static photos you see of the nicely sculpted abs are a moment in time that was prepped for and isn't a way many people look like at any given point in their day.4

You may have to do a slight deficit ~250 cals a day and lose another 5 or so lbs to get rid of the excess fat.
While doing that, start on a good strength training routine and do a recomp.
You can definitely improve the look of your stomach, it will take hard work and patience.
After reading the 'so you want a nice stomach' thread, have a read of the thread about recomp which includes some very inspirational real people pics.

Here is a link with some programmes that you may find suitable.

I would be one of those "shrinking for 2 years" people - happened for me (at age 60-62 . . . not perfection, given my age, but major improvement!). As I understand it, actual loose skin is thin wrinkles, like wrinkles in fabric. 1/2"+ plus folds likely still have some subcutaneous fat conspiring with gravity to keep skin stretched.
Personally, I think your midsection looks pretty darned good, especially if you've recently reached goal weight. I see some loose skin, and (IMO only) a tiny bit of remaining subcutaneous fat. For many of us, that last tiny bit of belly fat is the last to go.
The link others have posted is a good and helpful one. Another possibly relevant one is https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat .
You've achieved a great deal . . . I'm pretty sure you're up to finding/taking the last small, patient steps to achieving all your appearance goals.
Best wishes!2
