Keto Carbs

Hi there!

I have recently started Keto - my start weight was at 213.1 and instantly lost 8 lbs of bloat (within the first 2 days) and the scale hasn't budged at all. I am eating around 1500 calories a day, tracking everything, and am just wondering if I have my macros calculated wrong? I am at 10% carbs, 60% fat, and 30% protein. Obviously everyone's macros are different. I am just curious if people on Keto count net carbs or total carbs? HELP!

Also note, I have Keto Sticks to see if I am in ketosis and I am every single time I check!
