Finished Max 30 at 132 pounds. (Happy as a lark) Fell off bangwagon (not all the way, but was less frequent, maybe 2 workouts every 9 days) at end of november. Lost nearly all muscle gains.. dropped down to 125 pounds. Happier yet because i never saw that number on the scale my who life but very sad my muscles have softened up a bit. I can do pull ups on the pull up bar though!!!! EEEK
Now... I started back max 30 yesterday. I was to get my legs n arms back to being strong. I want a lean look, don't want to bulk.
What calorie level do i eat.
Maintenance cals are 1650 it tells me on the calculator. So would eating at this number allow me to get back my arms n leg muscles? Also working in glutes.

Eat at maintenance plus exercise calories if you are using MFP numbers. You may have to juggle a bit to get the exercise calories spot on.

    Cheers, h.
You could also try an off site TDEE calculator and include your exercise. It is best if yourvwxercise is consistent to do that.

I would look into recomp. I don't know what max 30 is, but you can look into a program like Strong Curves for the body, especially the lower body/glutes.

I’d recommend eating at maintenance and also keeping an eye on your protein intake to make sure you do not lose any more muscle. I’ve gone through Max30 three times and it’s definitely a tough program that challenges your body
