You get a warning when you break a rule. They can be 0 points, 2 points, or 3 points. They usually expire after a week or two. 4 concurrent points (2 2-point warnings) and you're in jail. 5 concurrent points and you're auto-perma-banned. If you wait for them to expire before getting another warning then 10 cumulative points for the year and you're banned.
