You get a warning when you break a rule. They can be 0 points, 2 points, or 3 points. They usually expire after a week or two. 4 concurrent points (2 2-point warnings) and you're in jail. 5 concurrent points and you're auto-perma-banned. If you wait for them to expire before getting another warning then 10 cumulative points for the year and you're banned.

False. Everyone gets one free 0 pointer to start with in case they never found their way to the guidelines. Then 2 pointers. If a user has several warnings for the same thing they will get increased to 3 (and occassionally we get a real crazy person who posts really horrendous stuff, we try to ban them quickly).
Sometimes mistakes happen, but once you hit 3 pointers thats your future.1 -

Woos apparently can mean either woohoo (positive) or woo as in rubbish (negative). Most seem to use it for the rubbish meaning. It makes no sense that it can mean both but that's mfp for ya.0 -

No. It's clearly in the rules to not publicly gripe about any moderator action. I'm just trying to do a public service and make good of my rehabilitation time. If I can teach others by example and save just one person from the confines of My Fitness Jail, it will be worth it.

I feel weird using the hug button usually. This whole button change thing still has me undecided, the joy has been taken from the woo and hug is a bit too intrusive of personal space.
Maybe I should just use it to perv on people4 -
