Hydrotherapy. Do you have access to a hot tub or Jacuzzi? If you have specific soreness in one area, try alternating heat and cold. Always start and end with cold.

My back is sore sooo it lessons the pain of the legs.... and if you don't ever work out legs, they will never hurt so you won't have to ask for advice on hurting them sticks0
