take pictures every week in the same place of your home same clothes preferably bikini or sport bra and booty shorts; you will be amazed at what you see if pictures you dont pick up in the mirror. Scale dosent tell the whole story. Good luck!!3

Im on the keto diet and I was losing about a pound a day and then I gained a pound and about two days later I started my period. After a few days of that my weight loss was back on track and Im about 3lbs down since then. Some women gain 1-5lbs around that time. Dont stress!1
