Resources for morbidly obese woman?

I'm looking for resources for a family member who is diabetic and has been morbidly obese for about 25 years. Do you know of any resources that are affirming and geared toward people like her? I'm specifically thinking of YouTube channels, stretching/yoga videos for plus-sized people, blogs, or even online groups or coaching. Maybe even memoirs about obesity/weight loss... other ideas are welcome.

What about pointing her toward our Success Stories forum? Maybe she'd be able to identify with some of these kinds of threads:

I know we also have some diabetes groups, but I'm not really familiar with them so I'm not sure which to recommend. Maybe someone with more experience in the MFP diabetes user community can chime in?2 -

Thank you! I apologize - I thought I had responded to your post until just now and I realized I hadn't. Thank you for taking time to share those ideas with me. I love the success stories and will share them with my mom. I hope they give her a little inspiration.1 -
You might check out You Tube- Live Exercise/Launch pad. Great seated exercises and stretching for obese. They have lots of videos.1
