    Hi! Excited to join y'all! I just finished the last day of the first section of the Gauntlet (transform 90). I use a pattern of 6 weeks of training intensely and one week active recovery.
    My "intense training" is
    M/Tu: 2 mile walk (30 min), 45 min Peloton cycle class, Jillian app workout
    Wed: 2 mile walk, 45 min light yoga
    Th/F: 2 mile walk, 45 min Peloton class. Jillian App workout
    Sa: 30 min scenic ride on peloton bike

    Recovery week:
    M-Sa: walk and 45 min yoga.

    Monday starts my second recovery week of 2018!

    Hi all, love Jillian, own almost all of her dvds! Currently going through round 2 of Body Revolution , workouts 9 and 10. I've really noticed an increase in strength and decrease in inches while using her dvds.

    I just started body revolution. What are your results so far? I'm really hoping if I stick to it that I can slim down quite a bit.
