I am not a complete stranger to weight lifting but I am starting to feel lost. I go into the gym, do some sets and then I am done. I don't "feel" like I am actually accomplishing anything. Like I am just checking off boxes. I want to transform my body. I am 5'6 with 29% body fat and I would like to get down to 18-20%. I am starting to lose my motivation. I am lucky to have a small gym at work with dumbbells up to 50lbs, a bench, a cable machine, leg press and some cardio equipment. I workout at work during my lunch hour 5 days a week, I am starting back at Bodypump two times a week in the evening (low weight/high reps) and go into my regular gym 2 times a week (weekends) to start back at the 5x5 that I used to do (heavy weight/low reps).
Since I have mostly dumbbells and a cable machine at work, it's been hard to find a good, routine/plan that will make most of my lunch hour. I was excited to choose a program from Bodybuilding.com but noticed that they are no longer free and I can't even review the programs to see if they would fit into my gym at work without having to signup.
Any ideas?

If you check out the forums on bodybuilding.com there are posts with program recommendations. I know there is one in the female forums on the site with recommendations that don’t cost money for the programs.1
