Replacing protein bars

But sugar doesn't really matter in general unless you have blood sugar issues. If you like the protein bars, don't find yourself having blood sugar control issues, then proceed with the bars!
Personally I find that they don't keep me full just add a ton of calories without much appetite suppressant, which is just annoying.
Any opinion on the Kirkland bars from Costco? People have said they are on par with Quest bars but I don't know.
I think you are getting good advice on your weight loss so won't pile on, but wanted to comment on this question.
I tried a box of the Costco bars and could not wait to be done with them. They all tasted like raw cookie dough to me (which I don't like). Went back to the Cliff Builder bars, which seem to be the only ones I like. I eat a small breakfast at 5 am and don't eat lunch until noon, so I often have one around 9:30 or so.0
