"Lift Weights Faster" program by Jen Sinkler. Anyone do it?

I had a good friend who recommended this program to me after I stopped kickboxing (solo, not spar-style) at a studio. I LOVED it but it was way too expensive. So, in looking for another high-intensity but relatively quick circuit program my friend told me about this. It's downloadable with a ton of circuit training workouts in it. There's also a cookbook and diet guide but they are VERY basic and simplistic. Not worth the money to me. I love the exercises so far. Great workout, HIIT style, no longer than 30 minutes, (except they're a little off in the times--"30 minutes or less" usually ends up being around 24 minutes or so) and varying levels. I was just wondering if anyone else did this and what they thought about it in terms of results, challenge, etc....
