OMG! I just discovered Blaze Pizza last night. I had an entire pizza for 660 calories! I had the craving for pizza and the calories to spend.... and it was GOOD!
Blaze pizza is awesome! I love how you can add TONS of fresh veggies and can also eat the entire pizza lol. I go there often.1 -

Sounds good. I'll try it. Thanks!1 -
This is about doing what is right for oneself.
I've been reading recently, sugar and highly refined flour can work similarly, the are absorbed much more quickly than other less process foods, they can disrupt digestion. So if your system is one which takes this aproach pizza crusts, yummy as they can be, can be just to send you grazing. Best to find the vegies, celery anyone?13 -
ive lost 100+ pounds eating carbs and sugar and booze and all sorts of stuff.
maybe you just didnt eat ENOUGH.
2 pieces of that wouldnt have filled me up, either.8 -
Are you sure it wasn't the fact that two small pieces of pizza are not enough for a meal?
Are you sure it wasn't a coincidence?
Are you sure it wasn't hormones?
Are you sure it wasn't undereating catching up with you?
My point is, it could be the carbs (although doubtful because you already eat brown carbs), some people just don't do well on carbs, but it could also be many other things. Carbs can be "clean" by many definitions, sugar can also be "clean" by many definitions. I personally don't like arbitrary rules and would rather not cut anything out unless I'm sure my diet is more sustainable without it. People tend to find patterns where there are none, by nature. I would hate to deprive myself of something I like because it coincided with something completely unrelated.
P.S: I don't eat clean and my diet is higher than average in carbs and I'm not constantly starving. I see no reason to avoid sugar or eat low carb.8 -

Congratulations on your weight loss an thank you for the comment. How often do you workout or do activities that get you moving. I'm struggling with that.0 -
I figure I've had a good clean eating day when I don't drop my food on the floor. I now want to make cookies, hopefully they stay clean... I'm pretty clumsy.3

I'd be starving too, if all I had for dinner was 2 slices of veggie pizza.1
