I recently had my gallbladder removed and am looking for good low-fat recipes. Any suggestions?

    Were you explicitly told to avoid fat, after the operation? How low fat are we talking?

    Yes. I have to follow a low fat diet for 2 months.

    OK, but how low fat? Percentage, grams per day, per meal? You don't need any special recipes. Many foods are naturally low fat - vegs, fruit, starches, seafood, some fish, you can choose low fat dairy and meat - and combine with small amounts of fatty foods - oil, butter, fatty meat, eggs, nuts. What tastes good to you, depends on what you like.
