I am so in!! Thanks for starting this challenge. Sorry I haven't seen it sooner. I've been on MFP since 2011. I've lost and gained back the same 25 pounds. This time is different. I am approaching the end of those same 25 pounds (again) but this time I will make it so many more. Me: 6 LNS: 13

Time is hard for me to set because my f work hours but I will set a goal not to eat after dinner. What helps a team n is tea
Non caffeinated at night. Warm, hydrated and ready for bed with 0 calories. Try it! Chamomile is great for4 -
