I did have a restaurant meal Monday, it's possible a sauce and the dinner roll had sugar in them. Then I had a deli pannini today and I don't know if it had sugar, most breads actually do. Anyway, I'm pleading ignorance and counting both days as no sugar. Certainly I didn't have any added sugar on purpose.3 -
