    The last few days have kept me on my butt vs moving my butt. I think I might need to set a timer that goes off like every ten or twenty minutes where I get up and walk for five or so minutes. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we know the typical reason to move for heart and lungs, but there are other reasons. There is the chance of developing a blood clot from sitting too long, allowing for fungus to settle into folds of skin and create infections, and other not so pleasant stuff. Gotta move more.

    How ever you do it.. you just gotta keep moving!!! :)

    Happy Valentines Day everyone.
    Well I though I had joined this in the beginning of the month but can't find it so I guess Ill do it now. I started to walking in January. I wasn't much of a walker. Now I try to walk everyday. I know walk to the library for a book 2 mile each way. Never thought I do that.
    My goal is 12,000 steps a day. Somedays are better then others.
