How often?

How often do you change your calorie goal? After you start losing weight? I have lost 15 lbs and was messing around with changing my rate of loss to see if I went over maintenance the other day. And when I reset my rate it reduced my daily calorie goal. How often should I be doing that?

This' accurate, although my personal preference's every month {28 Days}!0 -
