How often?

How often do you change your calorie goal? After you start losing weight? I have lost 15 lbs and was messing around with changing my rate of loss to see if I went over maintenance the other day. And when I reset my rate it reduced my daily calorie goal. How often should I be doing that?

It’s supposed to automatically change, but it doesn’t always do that. You should adjust when you’re not getting results. For example, if you’re set to lose 1 lb per week, and everything is going fine, but then it’s .8, then .5 then nothing...it’s time to adjust.

This' accurate, although my personal preference's every month {28 Days}!

I stay with the 800 calories a day but foods high in proteins and I've lost 15 in a little under 2 weeks
