Has anyone ever tried Keto Diet before? That is what I am trying these next few months.

I did it for a year but it wasn't sustainable for me, so now I'm re-losing the weight with calorie counting.

    Here's a good keto overview: https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/wiki/faq

    And a community full of low-carbers: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group

Don't do keto for the next few months. Only do keto if you want to continue eating this way for the coming years. Weight loss is also about learning portion control. If you follow a specific diet just for your weight loss and then go back to how you ate previously you'll gain the weight again because you've not learned how much to eat on the old diet.

Fair in theory, but I never would have thought I could enjoy or even tolerate a very-low-carb diet until I tried keto for a month. Actually doing it has been completely different from what I imagined. Trying out new WOEs can be really beneficial!
