Reality is, race matters with a lot of things.... but it's not the color of your skin! It's your genetic make up. It's a proven fact. Certain like, including weight loss are linked to your genetics.0

i'm still just learnin but chicken is supposed to be good lean protien and watermelon is fructose which is fruit sugar and thats better than sucrose i think and then the grape soda is probably really bad because it has a ton of high fructorse syrups and preservertives.0 -

Well! I'm mostly black, with about 10% German, and I've lost at a rate of 1.153846(repeating) pounds per week. Since loss is clearly related to tanness I would think if you scale back by 20% to account for all the Scandinavian blood you'd come to an accurate number.0 -

I'm part Irish so doomed to be fat there but I have a good bit of Native American blood and tan very easy. This should even out to a mostly flat weight. Perhaps I could get a blood donation from someone with darker skin for these last 10 pounds. Would that help?0 -
