Hey everybody.
Once upon a time, I was here and lost some weight. But managed to gain it all back when I lost motivation. I’ve decided to start again and try a low carb diet! I’ve had success with it before, so I thought I’d give it a go. I’m currently 355 lbs and I would love to get down to 180. It’s been years since I’ve been in onederland, I’d love to return. Anyone may add me, if you’d like!
