No pasta Ramen!

This is not the best shot of the food, but wow. One of my new favorites when I want to “indulge” is turnip noodle ramen. I use turnip noodles (the color and texture tricks my mind into thinking it’s real pasta), organic low sodium chicken/vegetable broth, a splash of low sodium GF soy sauce, a splash of sesame oil, and a dash of oyster sauce. Once these are combined and really warm, I add an egg and an egg white. This dish is between 200- 250 calories, completely satisfies my craving, and is filling and DELICIOUS! Post how you curb cravings and some of your favorite recipes!
