Scale has not gone down in 2 weeks but up instead.. :| I’ve been counting and walking the treadmill...clothes are fitting better...I guess I need patience :/

yep. weight loss isn't linear, but if you are losing inches the scales will catch up eventually

Mine was stuck for over 4 weeks I was tempted to chuck it out the window.

But then yesterday I had a whoosh and it actually worked out as a pound per week since I started( lost just over 8lbs with 2 whooshes).

Just give it bit more time ,as long as you 're still measuring and logging it will show.
It can be demoralizing if you don't get that instant gratification but fluctuations are perfectly normal.

2 weeks is not enough time. Weight always fluctuates. Have patience. Keep logging your food meticulously, keep moving and you will lose, it just takes time.

Patience is so hard when it comes to weight loss.... if you are weighing all your food, including pre-packaged foods, and staying within your alloted calories it will eventually come off. Hang in there!

A lot of people will use a weight tracking app so they can see how things are going overall. Usually either Happy Scale (for iPhone users) or Libra (for Android users).
