Yes I know it's a bit old fashioned, and folks prefer to use their apple watches and garmins.
But I'm swimming a lot and am ramping up my yardage, and logging my other fitness activities too. I'm putting together a simple nice looking Google Sheet, and I'm wondering if anyone else has put something together they would like to share.

What are you looking for in the spread sheet? If you can let me know all the stats you want I can build one for you. There are a lot of fitness apps you can track your activities on with your computer or phone. Jefit, Strava, Runkeeper, Polar Beat, are some that I use or have used that are free and very user friendly. They will let you know when you hit PR's and everything. Best of luck!

I have a few, but they are specific to my eating, training, data needs, etc. Is there specific info you're looking to track/extrapolate? Or are you looking for suggestions on what data is valuable?0
