Round 1 for me (Round 33): 202.8
I am hoping this keeps me focused as I am three weeks into my new Keto lifestyle and loving it so far.

2/28: 202 I was shocked that I would have gone down at all -
Struggling to get into any consistent workout routine. I have the Aaptiv app but making time for it. Today I plan to take a walk during my lunch hour if only to get in a 20 minute walk
3/1: 202 - this makes sense I didn’t go walking at lunch too much snow. Skipped the treadmill this am because I’m fighting a stomach bug. I’ll just keep logging and making good food choices. I can do this!
3/2: 201.8 - I never ended up working out yesterday so this doesn’t surprise me and I am fine with it going slow. I did get on the treadmill bright and early before work today. It felt great and I think next week I will get back into my routine. I know this weekend will be filled with skiing with the kiddos.

02/27: 214--- Went to brunch and the movies with a friend and over-indulged.
02/28: 213.6----Outside in the yard for 3 hours today turning flowerbeds, weeding and getting the first mow in of the season. My fitbit logged 3 exercises during that time based on my heart rate and steps--sport, outdoor biking and aerobics with a burn of 853 calories. I didn't do all of that--but I'll take that calorie burn.
03/01: 215---I'll go ahead and say this has to be inflammation from all the yard work.
03/02: 213.8-- surgery has been postponed, so now I can resume my anti-inflammatory meds and hopefully get this up and down under control.

Our 10-day drive from Oregon to Indiana via the Southwest followed by more time in a motel and eating out plus beginning the search for a house has made me want comfort food & junk I haven't eaten in 3 years. This round I'm trying to just be aware, and when I do eat stuff I don't normally touch, to acknowledge why I'm doing it. If I can finish this round no more than 2 pounds over by last weigh in, that will be fine. Better will be to finish where I was -- 146.8 at the end of R31. Then back to actually paying attention & losing.
Goals this round - Replace my scale, and finish round no higher than my last weigh in of 146.8.

I'm finding myself wanting to eat junk I haven't bothered with in 3 years. Still in the motel, movers apparently aiming for the last day of their delivery window. Sigh. I'm going to try at least to get a scale tomorrow to I can see how much damage I've done over the past 13 days.

I didn't get to the scale store but I ate better today, and burned a bunch of calories driving around for hours (house hunting). Still in the motel, but the mover will finally be here Tues. and I can get back to my usual programming.

I sort of stopped posting last round because there was nothing new. 156-157-156-157... I actually have been doing quite well with exercise and been OK on nutrition but a little on the high side for calories. Still calculate that I've had enough of a deficit to lose at least a tiny bit this month but nope. I feel like I've added some muscle in the last month, I mean I physically feel stronger (I've added some strength training TRX and yoga), but the tape measure isn't giving me any love, either.

When I stepped on a second time it was 156.0 but I'm claiming the lower number anyway. Good day for nutrition and water, a rest day for strenuous exercise but I did take a walk and did restorative yoga.

Still moving in the right direction. Feel like crap at the moment, unfortunately. I have an umbilical hernia, but my doctor won’t clear me for surgery until my A1C is in an acceptable range (I’m diabetic). Soooo, I get to deal with it for at least another month or so.

Today was SO HARD, guys. We had an Employee Appreciation Party at work, and there were free burgers with all the fixings, fried shrimp, french fries, chili, cornbread, popcorn and ice cream treats. Plus, someone from our office brought assorted donuts, which I can almost never resist. I’m pleased to say, however, that I only had a few of the shrimp and one 90-cal ice cream bar which I managed to work into my calories for the day. This was a huge accomplishment for me!

25/02: 172.6 Holiday gain! No scale available and a week of the high life had consequences. Travelling all day yesterday, so poor hydration and high sodium in food will have pushed this up due to water retention.

I guess it's to be expected after a heavy weekend. Considering changing my GW for this round but also know it's gonna be TOM so not sure. Calories and water on target yesterday. Plus I invented an amazing new low-cal, high-protein, DELICIOUS choc orange puddingy thing for dessert

I've got the cold so maybe it's dehydration? Or maybe the hard work I never saw the result of last round is finally kicking in... Fingers crossed for the second. Already past my goal weight for this round and only 300g off my revised goal!
03/01 - 62.9kg (+0.1) - YES! The loss is holding.
Tiny bump but whatever. I meal prepped on Sunday and took all my food to work. Then the snow came and now I'm working from home so all my good food is sitting 15 miles away in a communal fridge! Going to face the blizzard today to get some healthy stuff to avoid the trash my partner keeps in the house. Yesterday was hard work without my planned meals - I don't know how people manage to stay within their calories without prepping and planning!
03/02 - 62.5kg (-0.5kg) - Down down down!
Really feeling like I am making progress which is great. This is the lightest I've been in my adult life AND the closest I've been to goal weight, only 3.5kg to go. These 10 day challenges are amazing to keep focused, thank you all so much! Revising my goal weight for the round again. Looking forward to a big salty dinner tonight so not expecting the scale to be pretty tomorrow!
03/03 - 62.8kg (+0.3kg) - Expected bump, happy to still be under 63kg. Had a treat dinner and a couple of wines last night. Very enjoyable plus I closed off my diary on a Friday for the first time in... well, maybe ever haha. Winning.

2/27 = 161.6 Got in a 4-mi fast walk in the neighborhood yesterday and ate smart too. This is the lowest weight I’ve been since probably before children (28 years ago)! Headed to Florida at the end of this round, and I so want to be in the 150s by then. Fingers crossed!

3/1 = 162.4 Was in a car wreck on 2/27 and all I did yesterday was rest in the recliner. Ate ok, but exercise is so important for me to be able to lose weight. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get in a walk today.

02/27 - 137.60lb down 1.2lb - think this is a post carb "whoosh!" from my Sunday morning hotel buffet breakfast! Was a good food day yesterday and walked 13,000 steps. No reason its not going to be another good day today - food all prepped and planned and gym session tonight. R33 target in sight
02/28 - 136.80lb another .80lb down. I seem to alternate between a round where I lose and then one where I don't - can only think its my body "settling" into its new weight - or something.... but whatever it is I'm happy today and hoping it carries on! And happy days have lost a stone on these challenges so far (14lbs for our non UK friends!) - so thank you everyone - this group, reading all your posts and "likes" spur me on! 03/02 - 135.80lb down 1.2lb ???? No idea where the drops this round have come from - eating same as ever... will have to see if it sticks! Although when I entered my weight into MFP this morning it came up with a huge congratulations message as I had made my target weight!!!!! Must have set that target up about 2 years ago and to be honest had forgotten all about it till today Honestly don't think I've been this weight since I got married 17 years ago! Although I have reset to a lower target to even reach that is a real buzz - definitely going to keep me motivated
03/03 - 135.50lb - seriously. I seem to alternate between fab rounds and then losing almost nothing the next - this is my "losing round" by the looks of it. Not eating any differently to any other round - just weird how my body has such a "whoosh" seemingly unrelated to how I have eaten immediately before that. Goes to show that persistence is what pays off! Out for dinner date tonight with my husband so tomorrows weigh in unlikely to be so great but very rare that we get a night to ourselves so going to enjoy it!

02/28 180.4 Jogged 3 miles, chest, triceps, and abs. Was slightly under calories and drank 8 cups of water. I love water, but I find it difficult to drink more than 8 cups throughout the day. Working on it!

03/02 176.2 Interesting. I did intervals on the treadmill and legs last night and ate back some of the calories.
