    I only do this if I am going to miss my protein. I'll have a protein drink to hit my goal if needed. Otherwise I eat pretty much what I enjoy. Just a lot less of some of the things.

    Sometimes. It’s important to have vegetables everyday, so I make myself have some even if I’d rather just eat popcorn
