You can gain back that weight as quickly as you have lost it, and this is not sustainable.
You have to eat more fats and protein.
The minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories.

A couple of other things to remember:

    1. It's really common for people to see large water weight losses when they first start a diet. It's even more common to see those if you've done things like added a laxative tea and drastically cut sodium. So, you're not seeing a 10-pound fat loss. A lot of your weight loss is water weight.
    2. You'll see your rate of loss slow way down. That's okay.
    3. People are trying to make sure you're eating an adequate number of calories, because if you aren't, you're setting yourself up for some potential health complications in the future. (Muscle loss, hair loss, etc.) You didn't mention how many calories you're eating, so some people are assuming that you've gone to an unhealthy intake. That's never a good idea.

As long as you're eating an appropriate number of calories, plus adequate fat and protein, carry on. If you're not, please make sure that you're protecting your long-term health.
