starting 5:2 diet

Hi day 2 of the 5:2 diet I have chose to do this diet to lose the extra pounds Ive put on and hate. Tries loads of diets but this one seems to work for me. Fast days are a Monday and Thursday, 500 calories of 36 hours fasting.

Fasting is not eating, and 500 calories is eating, even if it's not a lot. I believe you are mixing up 5:2 and 36 hours fasts?0
