Carbs and fats!!!! Grams

Does anyone know how many grams for carbs and fats that I need per day im 95kg but trying to get my weight down to 65kg I do resistance training 4 days a week in the gym!

    Carbs and fat are up to your own preference as long as you eat enough protein make sure you get at least 0.5-0.8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight

    I need to be eating 1,960calories per day to be in a calorie deficit

    Put your stats and goals into the MFP goal builder. It will give you a recommendation for calories and macros.
