I was wondering if I’d find Keto people this easily. Anyone want to be friends? I did Keto for 4 months and lost about 50 lbs. Happy to be back to it after having my daughter, some of the resources I used were “Keto in 28” by Michelle Hogan, ruledme.com and the 2ketodudes podcast and online forum.

Welcome to the keto world. My wife and I started about a month or so ago and it took a few weeks to fully understand the in's and out's of the diet and how it works for each of us. If you haven't already done so, I would HIGHLY recommend you take a look at the F&Q section of the "Keto Reddit". Tons of helpful resources in this one page.

Another thing I would recommend you do is use the link below, which is the "Keto Calculator", to figure out what you should be at in terms of kcals and macros. All you have to do is enter your specifics (age, height, weight, body fat percentage, workout schedule, ect.), and it will guide you on your calorie deficit (you won't lose weight unless you are putting in less kcals than your burn).

Last, spend some time figuring out some recipes and the macros in them. Once you have a good idea of what is good vs. what is bad, it just gets easier. There are tons of good recipes on the "Keto Recipe Reddit".

Feel free to add me as a fried if you want to use my wife and I's recipes we input.

I would say good luck, however, luck has nothing to do with it. It all depends on you and your dedication to the diet. You WILL lose weight if you stay true to it.

Hello and welcome! I suggest you check out the following low carb daily forum group. It's one of many LCHF/Keto friendly groups here in in MFP where most of us Ketophiles tend to hang out:
