Yes I’m doing it. Have been since dec. 29th 2017 I’ve lost 13 already lost inches too was in a size 10 pants now 8’s some 6’s

I am in strict keto at <20g of carbs a day. I started on 1st November last year at 92.8kg and am now down to 72.1kg (a loss of about 46 pounds) and due to weigh in on Monday.

I have only been on Keto a week and loving it. It is amazing how full I am until the next meal. Higher fat and Protein is what makes me feel satisified. Carbs only made me want more carbs that had empty goodness for me.
