Amy's TORTILLA CASSEROLE & BLACK BEANS BOWL! The black beans are heaven (780g sodium).

I love that one too, wish I could find Any's on sale more often!

I don't see anything wrong with eating them once/twice a week if you have nothing prepped for lunch. This one is one of my favorites. Good source of protein. Stouffer's Fit Kitchen

Do you see something wrong with eating them, say, 14 times a week? If so, why?

Sodium levels in them are very high.

If sodium is a concern, there are plenty of choices that have moderate sodium. Many of them have about 1/3 of the recommended sodium for a day so having 2 meals that include frozen dinners would still keep you on track for the sodium goal, especially if your other food intake is low sodium.

Yes. I buy some that Lean Cuisine makes that are really good, and also a few Trader Joe's frozen entrees that are very good, also. I like that the nutritional counts are already listed. I sometimes add extra veggies.

I’m enjoying my Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizza AND a Diet A&W - living dangerously I guess!

I keep a few frozen meals on hand. They are for those days when my body simply can not take any more and I just need something that doesn't require me to stand. I try to meal prep on weekends, but it doesn't always happen due to many reasons (such as my health) so they are a good stand by when that happens. I don't have many, but that is also because it can be so hard to find ones that I can actually have (WHY do so many use soy!!!??? or are tomato based??).

I've lost 60 pounds in 6 months eating almost exclusively "Healthy Choice Cafe Streamer" frozen meals. I probably couldn't have done this journey without them. I eat 3 a day and some snacks. They are about 200-300 calories each, and are well balanced with no preservatives (<500mg sodium in most). They taste great, and there's enough flavors you can practically live off them. They also only take 4 minutes to prepare and are easy to count because 1 box = 1 serving.

I've also been dabbling in Lean Cuisine pizza/meals, but to say they are healthy or "lean" is a joke. Boxes tend to claim about 400 calories, but my mouth tells me they are probably closer to 600. Too much grease. High sodium levels too.

I’m just sitting here looking at the box of a Smart Ones — I’m on one of my weekends away and need quick and easy meals that only need a microwave. Perfectly functional for that, and I’ve added a salad to fill in the corners. But the Points Plus value is way out of wack with the calories — 6 points for 250 calories!
