    Trust me if I can do it anyone can. Don’t make it complicated, I just kept it simple. Also only weigh in once a month, the body has ways of tricking you if you weigh in too often. I friended you, please let me know if you ever need advice.

    You definitely kicked butt and look great. I am one of them on again off again people. been off for a few months and gained back about 8lbs and yesterday started weighing and logging as I did before. I am my own worst enemy. I will get there even at a snails pace.
