How do u stay in your fat goal on the Keto diet or don’t you ??

It's not too tough. I shoot for 65% to 70% fat and usually hit it. Stock up on red meat, cheese, mayo, and seafood. Throw some nuts in for snacks. It will pile up pretty fast.0

Unless you have a disorder that requires high levels of ketones (epilepsy/seizures) dietary fat is not a goal. It's just a consequence of removing carbs from your diet. Fat comes along for the ride when you focus on protein.1
