03/11: 155.5 Expected ~ 8th Annual Beer & Biscuits charity event (benefit for area no-kill animal shelter) = samples of adult beverages (craft beer & wine) and food (mostly desserts & cheese) ~ no logging & no regrets! Also, buffet lunch at Golden Corral and overate (oops), but not like I used to. Walked dog 3.35 mi 57:39 & happy dog. Fitbit 13,753 steps, 250+ steps 10/14 & 38 floors.
03/12: 155.5 Walked dog 3.9 miles 1:05:38 & happy dog. Fitbit 15,174 steps, 250+ steps 8/14 hours & 19 floors. Net calories -161, sugar & sodium green, fiber ok, protein excellent & 12c water.
03/13: 155.0 Treadmill before work / 3 mi 49:29 / stretched. Fitbit 12,186 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 (boom!) hours & 37 floors. Net calories were on track for day, until evening snack attack of the veggie straws ~ did not log. 15c water.
03/14: 155.0 then had another (ahem) waste elimination, but no weigh-in. Net calories -27, sugar -7, sodium / protein / fiber all good, & 14c water. Rest day...turned off alarm in my sleep = I hate DST. Fitbit 8,268 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 & 35 floors.
03/15: 154.5 Another day on track with net calories/nutrients, then evening snack attack of pistachios ~ did not log. 14c water. Treadmill before work / 2.5 mi 40:33 / stretched. Fitbit 12,999 (really?!?) steps, 250+ steps 13/14 (Lenten service) & 32 floors.
03/16: 153.0 Net calories -60, sugar -14 (mostly fruit), sodium / protein / fiber excellent, and 12c water. Rest day (snooze alarms > 1 hour ~ ack! ~ no treadmill before work). Fitbit 8,400 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 & 25 floors.

3/19 – 65.9kgs. I’m not surprised considered how much I ate during the weekend. I need to get back on track with losing weight and ensuring I’ll still meet my goal by 30 April. Halfway mark so cant give up now! 14,138 steps. C25k.
3/20 – 65.9kgs. Lifted and 10,475 steps. Ate within my macros/calories.
3/21 – 65.8 kgs. Lifted, did C25k. 9,235 steps. Ate over my macros/calories as I was just craving for junk!
3/22 – 65.8kgs. 4th day doing IF and I’m really enjoying it. I’m actually surprised I could wait until noon to have my first meal.
3/23 – 66.5kgs. Too much chocolate and other junk yesterday plus I ate out for dinner too. I’m not surprised but disappointed with myself more. I’m back to setting daily goals for myself to achieve because I found that really motivated me. I slacked off for a few days there and look what happened! Yesterday I got in 13,136 steps. Didn’t drink 2 litres of water though so I would think thats the reason why I ate more than normal.

@acance00 What are your macros? Stay below on your carbs, hit your protein, use fat to keep you satisfied. I don’t worry about calories. A good starting place is carbs 5%, protein 20%, Fat 75% of your calories. Side note: on Keto unsweetened spirits mixed with sugar free mixers probably won’t affect your nutritional ketosis.
@marcvb35 I’m doing Keto. When I started, the suggested macro breakdown was as I stated above. Currently I allow myself 20g net carbs which is the listed carbs minus fiber, 75g protein and 92g fat. Back on 1968-ish my dad bought a little carbohydrate counter book which said to cut your (total not net) carbs to 60g or less to lose weight. My carbs mostly come from cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and spinach. I generally am at 10g net or less. Research, research, research!

3/19 - 88.4kg - ate well. Stayed under calorie goal which is easy when you don't have an appetite. Managed to walk a bit (2kms or so) while running errands.
3/20 - 88.0kg - stayed under calories and recorded everything. Haven't been sleeping well, tho, so very little energy.
3/21 - 88.0kg - 30 min walk, 50cal over goal, not much sleep again. Energy's a bit better.
3/22 - 87.3kg - 25min yoga felt good to get back on the mat, within calories, sleeping a bit better. Getting there....

Back again! Hello everyone!! My motto this week is "write it before you bite it" as I haven't been super consistent logging my food lately.

Original GW - 145 - Smashed this in October 2017 and maintained around 143 until the winter blahs and my crazy freelance schedule got the better of me and I put a few back on.
New GW - 140 - really want to work on getting another 5-7 off from where I am now and committing to fitness so I can participate in some adventures with my boys over the summer...no more watching from the sidelines!!
3/18 - 147 - coming in from round 34
3/19 - 147.4 - weekend aftermath...blaming it on the beer. We were super active so I can only hope some of this is also muscle recovery as well.
3/20 - 146.4 - One year ago today....I started tracking my food and weight everyday with the intention of losing 20lbs before a big family vacation and then to keep going to lose a bit more before the summer. I've gone from barely squeezing into size 12 pants and covering my top with flowy XL shirts to not event hesitating to go to the size 8's and smalls and even bought a pair of size 6 jeans last week. I'm participating in sports and activities with my active kids instead of watching from the sidlines!! I'm very proud of myself...it's hasn't all been down...but I didn't let the upswings derail me. Weighing and checking in here everyday has made me very mindful of how my choices affect the scale and what those trends really mean in the long run. I still have some goals to achieve but if this chocolate/craft beer/wine loving mama can do it so can anyone!!

3/19 266.2 I have been gone for a few rounds and have really struggled lately. I have been gaining & losing the same three pounds for a couple of months. I think getting back into the 10 day challenge will me get moving in the right direction again.
3/20 264.4 Not surprised at the drop. I feel like I'm carrying a bunch of water wt and bloat. I fully expect to drop 5 lbs during this round which will put me where I should be prior to the last couple of weeks. I'm really focusing on eating lots of veggies and fruits and avoiding processed foods. I also walk 8 to 10,000 steps a day everyday; if I don't the scale really doesn't like me at all. This morning its a veggie omelette, green peppers, mushrooms, onion, maybe a little zucchini if I have some. Reinventing the wheel is hard but sometimes thats what it takes.
3/21 262.9 I figure I have another pound to go then the water wt will be off and it will get tougher to move the needle. Over 10,000 steps yesterday was a plus. I plan to eat light again today and should have another day or two of wt coming off.

3/19: 223lbs. I decided to cut my calories this round to see if my weight starts trending in the right direction. Today was a good day overall. I kept my calories below 1800. Walked 10000 steps and worked out for 30 minutes.
3/20: 222lbs. I’m glad to see the scale finally drop a pound. I ate about 2200 calories today, but I walked 11000 steps and had a 35 minutes weight lifting session.
3/21: 221.5lbs. 2200 calories, which is still more calories than I originally planned for this challenge. 12000 steps and a 40 minute workout.

3/19 - 63.7kg (+1.1kg) - I actually just laughed when this number flashed up on the scale. I ate everything in sight yesterday including a high-sodium, creamy pasta late last night. I also drank very little water. Should see this drop back down in the next few days. Still keeping my goal at 61kg for this round as I spent a lot of last round in the 61s.
3/20 - 63.2 (-0.5kg) - I got surprised with a piece of cake last night (and I don't do well saying no to surprise food!) but was still under calories. Still annoyed at myself for the weekend though. Grrrrr.
3/21 - 62.5kg (-0.7kg) - Getting better. I would like to be back down to my pre-weekend weight of 61.6kg before this weekend comes around. Had a nice walk yesterday, kept under my calories. I'm presenting curator talks all day today so probably won't have much energy for any exercise after work today. Brought my trainers just in case I do.
3/22 - 62.2kg (-0.3kg) - Still heavier than my lowest weight from last round. Weekend fast approaching, TOM due next round. I feel like my target date of 29th April to reach my ultimate goal weight is becoming unachievable. After 29th April I've got 3 weeks of exhibition install at work and I find it very difficult to stay on calories during installs and usually see my weight bump back up a few kilos. Feeling a bit demoralised.
3/23 - 62.0kg (-0.2kg) - I refuse to have a repeat of last weekend when I ate everything in sight. That is the old me. This is the new me. Pre-logged my food for Fri/Sat/Sun with a little room to enjoy a cheese plate and a few wines with my best friend who I rarely get to see.

3/19: 114.4kg/252.2lbs - Overall a small loss for me last round, but I'm excited to push on and hopefully shake a few more lbs. This is week 3/32 for my marathon training, so I'll be going for a run after the gym tonight, enjoying it all so far and hopefully it will all contribute to my weight loss journey!
3/20: 113.5kg/250.2lbs – Now, this happened last round and then it shot back up the following day. I’m still eating well and exercising hard and I’m excited to push on and drop some more this round. Thanks for the support as always
3/21: 112.8kg/248.7lbs – How on earth?! I must have been holding on to some water weight here! Today is my rest day and calves are feeling very tight – will probably get them on the foam roller tonight. Food is going extremely well, I would even go as far as saying I have created some habits which are enabling me to do so well. Also… I’m now under 250lbs!! WOOOO. Time to push on and keep this down.
3/22: 113.5kg/250.2lbs – Eurrrgh why did I think yesterday was correct. Feeling a bit low today, need to harvest some energy from somewhere.
