    My jar of pickles says the pickles are zero calories. Lol

    Most oil cooking sprays claim they're zero calories too. But they're still oil, which is around 110 calories per tablespoon. They use such a ridiculously small "serving size" that they can claim zero calories (allowable if it's <5 calories, as noted above) - but if you spray 3 tablespoons of oil into your pan, rest assured that you're nowhere even remotely near zero calories, regardless of what that label claims.
