So, I losta ton of weight...150 pounds to be exact. I want to lose 35 more...but with cutting calories ans intense exercise I haven't lost a pound in 10 months. Does your body have a stopping point??

Sounds like you’ve obviously found what your maintenance calories are on accident. If you are tracking yourself in a deficit then you know you are more calories than you thought. Plus you may have to re-evaluate your goals/settings in MFP if you’ve lost a bunch of weight.5

Yeah as above says, you are eating at maintenance....tighten your logging, cut a few calories from here or there and you'll be on a losing streak again.

Previously I have always gotten stuck about 100 lb above my ideal weight! Seriously, the only way I have been able to lose beyond that point was to diet and exercise hard enough to make myself sick.
I am now on medicine for my thyroid and taking supplements for inflammation. For the first time I am losing weight at a reasonable speed while eating a reasonable number of calories. Time will tell if I get stuck at my normal spot. I expect to get there mid-summer. But the dr said getting my thyroid levels under control could help!5 -

Getting your thyroid levels corrected absolutely helps. I also have thyroid stuff.0
