Body Weight

So, I losta ton of weight...150 pounds to be exact. I want to lose 35 more...but with cutting calories ans intense exercise I haven't lost a pound in 10 months. Does your body have a stopping point??

    Yeah as above says, you are eating at maintenance....tighten your logging, cut a few calories from here or there and you'll be on a losing streak again.

    Getting your thyroid levels corrected absolutely helps. I also have thyroid stuff.
