I like Avocado oil for the higher smoke point & over all lighter flavor unless I'm making a vinaigrette out of it, then it's gotta be EVOO.0
-
And to actually answer the question, I like to mix peppermint & eucalyptus oil if I take a bath.2
-
So what do you use it for?0

Clove oil is my fav but peppermint oil runs a close second.0
-
I really love neroli, lavender and sandalwood1

I like it when people who use essential oils are considerate of others who have to smell it. I'm tired of having to endure the overpowering smells of other peoples' oils at work.6

Clove a good one!
Peppermint I use for my headaches
But I burned the hell out of my skin a few times putting it straight on my skin ouch.0 -
Peppermint and Camomile for headaches and stress relief. Any citrus oils for a burst of energy, but my fave is grapefruit. To relax before bed, I like to blend lavender, clary sage and ylang ylang in my diffuser.1

Peppermint and lavender mixed is my fave in my oil diffuser! I've also been liking ylang ylang a lot too.0

I use lavender and peppermint the most. Lavender is excellent to help for sleep, and taking peppermint and honey together is great for heartburn and bloating.0

Mixed?
Yes. Sometimes I add rose to the blend, but those three go very nicely together. If I had to pick just one I would probably go with neroli0 -
Do they make a whiskey oil...1

My daughter's endocrinologist said to steer away from lavendar and tea tree oil for kids. Apparently it can exacerbate early onset puberty and various other adrenal issues. Not a big deal in our house, I don't love lavendar, and she breaks out into hives with tea tree anyhow.2

More evidence essential oils 'make male breasts develop'
http://www.bbc.com/news/health-43429933
"A suspected link between abnormal breast growth in young boys and the use of lavender and tea tree oils has been given new weight, after a study found eight chemicals contained in the oils interfere with hormones."
So nah
