    Woo is the diet nonsense the scammers and the uneducated try and pawn off on everyone as weight loss magic. Things to be ignored if you actually are serious about weight loss and not just looking for a quick fix.

    If you mean "coke" as in "cocaine" then yes. I don't think there's many other substances that will keep you going until the entire end of your shift and then some.
