How do I stay commited to working out when some days I don’t feel. I kind of lost my passion for working out.

Do something easier that’s still active? Taking a walk around the block still counts as exercise.0

For me, the "just do it" command gets me to the beginning of the workout. Once I am actually moving, I am good to go. I work out at the "Y" and so my "just do it" self talk also includes "it's ok if all you do is use the treadmill for 10 minutes." I despise the treadmill but 10 minutes on it is the start of my warm-up to my lifting, which I like. So it all seems to work.1

Try something different. Sign up for a class. Find a workout buddy at the gym. Take a break from the gym for a set period of time (say, one week) and commit to returning after that.
I also go every weekday so it's just a part of my routine just like going to work.0 -

Totally agree. I keep thinking I am only going to workout 15min. You might think "why go change and do all that for 15 mins"? You will be surprise how many time i have convince myself that way and end up doing way more. Besides 15 mins of something is better then nothing. Plus it keeps you from not losing the routine.2 -

Try a new to you excercise activity of some sort. Or do something physical that you used to do.
Motivate yourself somehow. Say every month you lose some weight or meet a heath goal; give yourself a prize.
I joined mfp as a new years eve resolution. At the end of each month if I follow my plan, I get a prize.
The first month I bought myself a new swimsuit. February I bought myself some swim fin socks. April I am going on a solo trip down the Oregon coast/redwood forest.
I have a feeling my next prize is going to have to be a new swim suit or a swim bag. I am losing weight steadily so I may have to get the new swimsuit. Yay!
I must say though that if you do excercise activities you love, you are probably more likely to stick to that activity. (Though sometimes a short break from an activity can be a good thing.)
This may not work for everyone, but it works for myself. I think some folks could find it helpful to motivate themselves to keep on exercising.
Of course the best motivation is there already (losing weight, getting healthier, looking better, getting fitter).1
