I am 68 married 47 wonderful years to a 65 yr. old wife I adore. We have two wonderful children in great curriers, married, Are first child 45 w/2 wonderful grand girls 16 and 18. The first daughter disowned use and all of the our extended family 14 years ago not allow any contact, controlling husband I suppose. Second child 42 w/1 wonderful grand boy 6 years old, now in the past year she has disowned us and all of the extended family as well. This son in-law still in contact with use, very jealous of international students which we have taken on since retiring 4 years ago. Have taken on this keto lifestyle to continue, hopefully with a heathy and a quality of life my loving wife and myself deserve. New to Ketosis, stared March 19 2018, have done extensive research through reading and Facebook discussions in the last 5 weeks. Founding this program and the instrutors and participants to be very Knowledgeable and exiting. Waiting for the Keto to kick in.
