    Newcomer here! Excited to get started on this. I've been doing 240 minutes for the past few weeks and am trying to get back to 300. Here I go!

    ok guys im gonna join in a lil late on this one :embarassed: and start with this week...i will have to start on the lower end of this deal adn set my goal for 200 and see how that goes. some is better than none i guess and i know i have been outta the game a while
