Was a close one last night. Bought a new type of lower calorie ice cream to test out. Didn’t get home from the grocery store with it until 9pm. Took a couple very small spoonfuls, then put it in the freezer - spent my night dreaming of fitting it into my calories for today! Boom! Crisis averted. Good habits are kicking in!3 -

I realize grocery shopping so late in the evening (after dinner) is a trigger for LNS because I find new treats I want to buy and try when I get home... moment of insight - need to change this habit somehow by either going in the AM or start abiding by a list at the store... things to think about2
