    Was a close one last night. Bought a new type of lower calorie ice cream to test out. Didn’t get home from the grocery store with it until 9pm. Took a couple very small spoonfuls, then put it in the freezer - spent my night dreaming of fitting it into my calories for today! Boom! Crisis averted. Good habits are kicking in!

    Took a LONG walk last night with the dogs to keep myself out of the kitchen. Got back home just in time to prep the nightly routine and go to bed. Loving this warmer weather! Yay spring is here!

    Wanted to improve on March figures of ME 23 LNS 8 but struggling with this. I keep picking at food for the last hour before bedtime. Maybe i should go to bed earlier and read a book!!

    I realize grocery shopping so late in the evening (after dinner) is a trigger for LNS because I find new treats I want to buy and try when I get home... moment of insight - need to change this habit somehow by either going in the AM or start abiding by a list at the store... things to think about :/
