With sheer determination and so much advice on this board I've lifted heavier today through all areas.
Previous weights are 20kg deadlift now 35kg, squat 20kg now 30kg and same with lunge. I've hammer curled, preacher curled and back exercised my way into a pump today

Yep, that's what it was. I had a brief chat with my old PT by chance yesterday and chatted about how I really should be lifting heavier.1 -
